Internal Bleaching / Non-Vital Bleaching
Internal bleaching, also known as non-vital tooth bleaching, is a dental procedure that whitens a tooth from the inside out. It is typically used for teeth that have undergone root canal treatment and have become discoloured. This technique is different from traditional external bleaching, which focuses on the tooth’s outer surface. Internal bleaching involves placing a bleaching agent inside the tooth to lighten the internal discolouration.
